Parts Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our friendly and hardworking team at Hendy in Exeter. This role will offer variation whilst also giving you the opportunity to provide an exceptional customer experience within a sales environment. THE OPPORTUNITY: As a Parts Advisor you will: Be key in delivering our customer satisfaction, volume and profitability objectives, both individually and as part of a team; Ensure that walk-in and telephone enquiries are promptly dealt with; Own and deliver your individual sales objectives consistently across each month; Engage in the administrative areas of the parts department, as well as assisting and supporting stock control policies and deliveries; And deliver an exceptional experience to internal, trade and retail customers.
