The Homemaker is a universal role – it differs from the traditional care worker role by including the responsibilities of housekeeping and companionship, as well as care. As a Homemaker you’ll make a real difference to the lives of our residents and experience huge satisfaction, ensuring that each experience is meaningful and special for them. And, because we know that it is the tiny details that make a big difference, wherever possible our Homemakers don’t wear uniforms, ensuring our residents feel like they are truly at home.
