Our Independent Support Workers are a vital part of how we nurture independence in adults aged 16+. You will be responsible for: Providing high-quality support to our young adults and helping to plan their day-to-day lives whilst working to achieve their goals and promote their independence, whether this be supporting with independent travel training, learning to cook or finding work experience. Encouraging and supporting with tasks and goals they have set for themselves. Recording session data and outcomes Flagging up any concerns or potential for concern that you may have relating to a person we support to the appropriate personnel.
