Glean is searching for a driven Content Design Executive to own the creative process within Marketing and define how content is used to drive commercial results. The role sits within a large, growing Marketing Team and will benefit from collaboration and mentoring from the adjacent Brand function. The ideal candidate will combine a passion and pride in high quality creative work with a results-driven mindset, be able to work with stakeholders and other teams, and be able to analyse the customer journey to understand how content can be leveraged to achieve commercial goals. Responsibilities As Content Design Executive you’ll be accountable for driving commercial results through content. You’ll be given autonomy over how content is used across our Marketing and Sales funnel and be expected to work with key internal stakeholders to ensure this is effective. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Creating print and digital collateral including flyers, whitepapers, slide decks and more Writing high performing sales copy for email campaigns and landing pages Analysing the customer journey, identifying content gaps and creating content to support commercial results Writing effective ad copy for paid media Liaising with Brand to ensure brand consistency Owning and optimising the process for responding to and prioritising content requests from Sales and Customer Success teams Providing proofreading support for the rest of the Marketing team Person Requirements You take pride in producing exceptional creative work whilst employing a results-driven mindset A clear understanding of Product-Led Marketing and experience in driving commercial success through a product-focussed approach A growth mindset with the ambition to grow your area and become a specialist Experience working closely with other teams, preferably Sales or other commercial functions Technically astute, including a keen eye for detail Unafraid to ask questions and challenge others A creative collaborator, keen to take part in group creative work and problem solving Self aware with the ability to critique your own work Exceptional copywriting skills and a good understanding of the Adobe suite or similar design software Piqued your interest?
