To provide support to Service Users in a safe and maintained environment, by support planning, reviewing and assessing their individual risks and needs. To ensure that tasks identified in support plans are communicated to the team and that these tasks are clear, appropriate and agreed with the Service User You will have caseloads with residents in properties across the borough (we have a paid mileage system for car drivers). To prepare agreed support plans with Service Users. Assist service users with housing applications and move on options. Assist service users with basic budgeting and life skills in order to support them to move on to live independently. To liaise appropriately with Key partners, stakeholders and service providers to ensure appropriate support is offered to all Service Users.
