This is an excellent opportunity to join EDF Energy as a Customer Service Advisor. You’ll be working in Customers, contributing to Helping Britain Achieve Net Zero, and contributing to us become a leading player in EDF Business Solutions; one of the four markets we operate in – Wholesale, Residential and SME, EDF Business Solutions and Field Services. EDF Business Solutions (EBS) is a top three player in our three core markets: Energy Supply, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and Electricity Metering. EBS has projected revenue of more than £10bn and is targeted to deliver positive EBIT for EDF. The opportunity… We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our EDF Business Solutions customer service team. The core purpose of EBS is to sell contracts to business customers and manage those relationships. In order to ensure those customers keep coming back, the level of service we provide is of paramount importance. In this role you will play a key part in helping us respond and resolve customer queries, via telephone, email or our self-serve portal. The expectation is that responses are delivered quickly, professionally and with a high degree of accuracy; ensuring a great customer experience with every contact. You will be working as part of a great team who look after some really big FTSE 100 customers as well as our public sector portfolio of councils, hospitals and schools. Your purpose is to help our strategic customers every step of the way on their energy journey, from contract signature to achieving Net Zero. Where you’ll be based You’ll start your training at our refurbished Exeter office (Gadeon House) which will last two weeks. Our office provides light and airy hot desking, free hot drinks, and even free breakfast options. Here you will be able to work with your team and build up your professional network. Once your training is completed, you’ll have the opportunity to work flexibly between home and the office until further notice.
