The opportunity… We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our EDF Business Solutions customer service team. The core purpose of EBS is to sell contracts to business customers and manage those relationships. In order to ensure those customers keep coming back, the level of service we provide is of paramount importance. In this role you will play a key part in helping us respond and resolve customer queries, via telephone, email or our self-serve portal. The expectation is that responses are delivered quickly, professionally and with a high degree of accuracy; ensuring a great customer experience with every contact. You will be working as part of a great team who look after some really big FTSE 100 customers as well as our public sector portfolio of councils, hospitals and schools. Your purpose is to help our strategic customers every step of the way on their energy journey, from contract signature to achieving Net Zero. Where you’ll be based You’ll start your training at our refurbished Exeter office (Gadeon House) which will last two weeks.
