We’re recruiting Claims Handlers to join #TeamDavies. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will review policies to determine how to progress a claim, whilst ensuring the policyholder is kept informed of the progress. You will also arrange settlements, invoice payments, and manage your own cases. Another aspect of the role is liaising with a variety of individuals both internally and externally, whilst managing incoming emails and phone calls. To succeed in this role, you will be a great communicator, and dedicated to providing a professional and empathetic service to our customers. In addition to providing exemplary customer service, you will have previous experience dealing with challenging conversations, whilst maintaining a professional and adaptable communication style. At Davies, we value transferable skills and qualities that focus on what you can bring to the role. Despite industry experience being beneficial, it is not essential, as we will provide you with training and support.
