"Cygnet Health Care has been providing a national network of high-quality specialist mental health services for more than 30 years. We are looking for Support Workers with a passion for delivering outstanding care to work at our Marion House or Conifers Services, both situated in Borrowash, Derby. Conifers is a specialist residential home providing outcome focused care for adults with a primary diagnosis of profound to moderate learning disability and autism with associated complex needs. Marion House is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and moderate to severe learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge. Both Services provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment, promoting independence and community integration. In this role you’ll have the chance to make a real impact on our service users and their families. Day-to-day you will… • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care • Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support • Learn about individuals’ specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way • Assist with medical and welfare needs, and report on them as required • Safeguard, and maintain a safe, clean environment for all.
