Role overview Reporting to Governance and Vendor Manager, the Governance and Vendor Coordinator will oversee aspects of governance for the organisation to ensure IT delivers services in the best interests of the shareholders, in line with Sarbanes-Oxley and ISO framework procedures.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities In coordination with the Vendor and Governance Manager you will:
•Define, maintain and report on IT performance and quality framework.
•Perform internal IT audits and liaise with Security manager to conduct security assessments of existing and prospective vendors, and systems. •Coordinate corporate IT audit processes and certifications.
•Work closely with IT department Managers to understand business needs.
•Support evaluation, procurement and contracts of all required IT products and services.
•Support and aim to maximize business value from IT vendors and related investments / services while mitigating all potential risks. •Continuous evaluation of vendor performance according to established performance metrics.
•Analyses, reviews and measures IT performance against agreed upon service level agreements (SLAs) with the business.
•Analyses, reviews and measures operating‐level agreements performance (OLAs) with service providers (internal and external).
•Develop, drive and maintain continuous improvement of IT quality processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Meet governance requirements and comply with SOX and ISO/ITIL framework procedures.
