Job Description:

Do you like to help others? If you answered yes, then we have an opportunity that you’ll be interested in – a full time Member Support Team Officer. You will provide a front-line service communicating with members, employers, employees and various third parties through a combination of inbound/outbound phone calls and through email channels; ensuring all aspects of a customer's pension enquiry are resolved and providing accurate and complete guidance. The main duties include: Dealing with the Fund’s incoming and outgoing post Managing the registration/sign up process for members to join the My Pension Online member self-service facility Liaising with members and employees via email and telephone, giving a good customer experience Working as part of a team and using your own initiative You will need to demonstrate: Good ability to understand customer needs and provide the correct solution Appropriate skills and knowledge to effectively operate a database, electronic document management and financial accounting systems An ability to deal with challenging conversations An ability to work as an effective member of a busy team providing a front-line service, with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
