Supporting vulnerable people to live safer and supported lives in their own homes, you’ll follow individual care plans and help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes and housework. You’ll also assist with personal care and help clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet and support with their medication. You’ll be supported by a close-knit care team and accessible managers. While our mobile care app will reduce paperwork and help you to deliver high quality care. Every day will be different. What You'll Do
Our care assistants are the extraordinary people who handle the everyday tasks that mean so much to our clients. By:
- Supporting vulnerable individuals to have safer and supported lives in their own homes.
- Following individual care plans.
- Helping with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housekeeping.
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, incontinence management, toileting, and medication support.
You'll benefit from the support of a tightly-knit care team and accessible managers. Our mobile care app further aids by reducing paperwork and ensuring you deliver high-quality care.
