Job Description:

Shift Patterns: 8am until 17.45pm, 17.00pm until 22.00pm and 22.00pm until 7.00am We are a leading national provider, supporting adults and children in the community with medium to long term complex health care needs. Our client is a mature lady with a C5/C6 spinal injury following an accident in 2011. She lives at home with her husband in the Woodborough, Nottingham. She remains as active as she can, and your role is key in helping her achieve this - meeting her medical needs, personal care and day to day assistance. You will work as part of a team, operating on shifts to provide 24/7 care.
