An exciting opportunity is available for a Pre-Contracts Administrator to join our growing team. This is a great role for someone who is looking to gain valuable experience in the industry. Working alongside our Pre-Contracts Manager, the chosen candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following duties: · Assisting the Estimators with all aspects of administration · Managing the estimating emails · Managing the estimating registers · Downloading all relevant tender information · Printing architectural drawings & tender documents · Creating both electronic and manual project files · Issuing out drawings to the relevant suppliers · Chasing supplier quotations · File maintenance · Other general administration duties Experience (desirable): · An experienced administrator or an individual with previous experience within the joinery/construction industry would be advantageous. · Competency with basic Microsoft Excel Skills / Qualities: · Attention to detail · Punctual with great organisational skills · Great communication skills · Works well under pressure · Ability to prioritise their workload Salary negotiable depending on experience.
