The primary purpose of our Support Workers is to support individuals to live meaningful, happy lives. You will support and empower people to identify their goals, pursue their interests and hobbies, support their health and wellbeing, and be a part of their local community and to provide innovative and Person Centred solutions for people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Mental Health conditions and other disabilities irrespective of where and how they live, to improve their quality of life and to extend and exercise their rights to access more control over their lives.
