The Assistant Branch Manager will be supporting the Branch Manager to maximise profitability and helping to achieve set objectives of the business. The job holder should be able to build great customer relationships and lead an effective team. Part of the role will include supporting, developing and managing the team and promoting the services and products we offer. Also, involved in ensuring the branch operates in a professional safe manner whilst achieving all key branch targets. You will support the manager in leading, training and developing the team while troubleshooting any problems that occur, you’ll be closely involved in everything from monitoring performance to co-coordinating promotional activity, analysing competitor activity. You must be commercially minded with a good knowledge of warehouse, logistics, administrative, HR and health & safety procedures.
