The ideal candidate will be strategically minded, an ambitious self-starter with the ability to build trust through performance and effective communication with cross-departmental subject matter experts
As Marketing Manager, you will be: • Developing, defining, and implementing marketing strategies and brand guidelines including creating or altering brand images. • Conducting performance analysis including analysing all marketing activity to determine if it has been successful and contributing to continuous improvement of the strategy going forwards (Google, Social, email) through KPIs. • Leading successful communications strategies for product launches, working with external agencies to ensure they are expertly delivered to the right target audiences. • Delivering the Marketing Strategy through building a regular campaign of blogs, video pieces, product demos and white papers, advising, offering assistance and expertise to colleagues on techniques to reach defined target audience members. • Ensuring that all Marketing output is engaging for our target audience and of a high standard of quality. • Managing external Marketing suppliers including marketing and PR consultants, graphic designers, and web developers. • Designing cohesive marketing collateral such as email templates and CTA content. • Maintaining the corporate LinkedIn page and ensuring internal engagement. • Working with the Operations team to ensure that existing marketing databases are clean, up to date and that effective strategies are in place to use these platforms to accurately target existing and potential clients.
