This is some text inside of a div block.
Job Description:

We are looking for a Manufacturing Operative to work with our close knit (excuse the pun) warping team looking to start or develop their career in our manufacturing mill in Guiseley. More importantly we offer the opportunity to provide a career path where we provide learning through in house training and the progression to grow and achieve your full potential. Your role will involve the loading and unloading of our yarns onto a large metal frame, lifting yarn cones on and off. Some of the role will involve operational lifting equipment specifically for this role where we’ll provide full training. A good understanding of maths is required as the ability to understand and follow a pattern sheet is an everyday requirement of this role. Teamwork is also important as you’ll need to meet strict deadlines as well as working individually to get your own duties fulfilled. You’ll be working with state of the art high tech manufacturing equipment installed in 2021 and working rotating shifts; 6:00am to 2:00pm Monday to Friday; then 2:00pm to 12:00 midnight Monday to Wednesday and Thursday 2:00pm to 11:30pm. We also need someone who can work in an environment that is fast paced as this role and department are key to hitting expectations and deadlines which enables us to get our cloth to our customers. If you are motivated to want a long term career, adaptable and physically fit then you could be the right person for us.
