Responsibilities: Development of customer lead generation, producing a pipeline for sales, Production of sales reports, Analyses and tracks sales, Identify marketing gaps and new market sectors to increase customer retention, Ensures customer needs are met by monitoring the progress of customer requests, queries and questions.
