We know how important it is for you to have flexibility.

That's why our book with confidence commitment means you have the option to change your booking date and location or even cancel it completely. And with our protective measures at each event, you’ll be safe every step of the way.

Your booking:

For bookings made on or after 9 March 2020, for events that are due to have been completed by 30 April 2022, you can:

Change your booking: You can change the dates and location of your booking without incurring a change fee.

Cancel your booking: If you decide you no longer want to attend a certain event, you can cancel your booking and we’ll give you a voucher/credit note to the same value for a future booking of your choice - physical or virtual.

In the above circumstances, any booking alterations can only be authorised and requested by telephoning our call centre, at a minimum we require 24 hour notice before the scheduled event is due to take place.

What happens if a physical/in-person event cannot take place due to government restrictions?

In the instance that a physical event cannot take place due to government restrictions, the event will be made available virtually. You will then receive a complimentary stand at the next applicable physical event.

If you notice a mistake with your booking

After you have secure your stand(s), if you notice a mistake with your booking, you can cancel your stand booking and claim a full refund without penalty, up to 24 hours from when you make the original booking. Refunds under these circumstances can only be requested by calling our call centres and the following types of bookings are not covered by this 24 hour guarantee:You can now change your event dates and location without incurring a change fee, giving you flexibility to adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
